Authorised Cattani dealers from Raf Synergy (Malaysia) and Fondaco (Singapore) arrive at Cattani Australasia Head Office for advanced in-house technical training as part of the Cattani Asia Training Programme.

 

At Cattani Asia, we believe strong distributor partnerships are built through knowledge sharing, mutual trust, and long-term collaboration. This philosophy came to life once again as we brought together teams from across Southeast Asia for an intensive technical training session at Cattani Australasia’s Melbourne Head Office—part of our ongoing Cattani Asia Training Programme led by Mark Humphries, Group Technical Training & Product Development Manager, and Lee Fook Sung, Technical Support Specialist – Asia.

Over several focused days, our authorised dealer technicians from Raf Synergy (Malaysia) and Fondaco Pte Ltd (Singapore) deepened their understanding of our leading dental suction and compressed air systems. The programme combined practical application, diagnostic techniques, and in-depth discussions to ensure participants could bring valuable insights back to their home markets and elevate service standards.

The sessions were further supported by Thong Ming Chuin, Business Development Manager – Asia, and Nigel Blaydes, our newly appointed Regional Commercial Manager – Asia. Their presence reflects Cattani Asia’s growing commitment to strategic growth and stronger technical and commercial support in the region.

The course covered installation best practices, remote diagnostics, maintenance protocols, and the critical role of air quality in preserving dental systems and patient health.

This training also signals the continued development of our regional support infrastructure. By complementing in-person sessions with our multilingual Blueprints Online Training Platform, we enable our partners to grow their knowledge at scale—whether they’re joining us in Melbourne, studying remotely, or applying insights on-site in Asia.
